Álex Makena started out his journey on social media on YouTube, building a solidly loyal community through two different channels: “Reacción en Makena”, in which he shares his most honest and playful reactions to mediatic and cultural phenomena such as La Isla de las Tentaciones or Gandía Shore, and “Makena”, a more personal space where he reflects on everyday life, latest news as well as pop culture.

In 2025 he jumps over to short-form content on Instagram and TikTok, cementing himself as one of the emerging digital entertainment voices. His videos go viral on Instagram thanks to his unique style combining humor, spontaneity and a critic eye on latest news as well as social-media dominating conversations.
