Jau Fornés

Jau Fornés is a director, audiovisual creator, and presenter with a remarkable career in film and television. He began his career in Barcelona, participating in short films, and in 2014, he made a pivotal move to Madrid to join the film El Tiempo de los Monstruos directed by Félix Sabroso. Since then, he has worked on productions such as Veneno (Los Javis), La que se avecina, Élite, and in films like Truman, Mi Gran Noche, and 1898: Los Últimos de Filipinas, accumulating a filmography of 25 titles. In 2023, Jau took an important step as a filmmaker with the series Mentiras Pasajeras, directed by Félix Sabroso and produced by the Almodóvar brothers. He is currently working on his new series Furia, set to be released in 2025.
